Uppdragsperiod: Start snarast – 2026-12-31, med möjlighet till förlängning om 6 månader.

Omfattning: Ca 20-50 timmar under perioden

In specific, RISE need a consultant to contribute to Working Package 4 (WP4): Demonstration campaign of:
- Task 4.3. BEMS development and implementation in demosites. Work is planned from 1st of September 2024 until 31th of June 2026.
- Task 4.4 ThumbsUp Demo Campaign and Monitoring via KPIs Work is planned from 1st of Februari 2026 until 31th of December 2026.

The aim of task 4.3 is to integrate and adapt to the exact application the smart controller (i.e. models, prediction, learning and decision-making), including the outcomes of T2.4 and T3.4 equipment controller development and based on T1.4 simulations, in a BEMS which will implemented in the demo and validation cases. This BEMS will receive information about the estimation of the energy resources and demand characterization with the objective of balancing the different renewable and TES in an optimal way attending to their available energy, performance or operational restrictions. The strategies and smart controllers developed and tested through modelling in T1.4 will be implemented in the demo and validation sites and validated physically to prove the potential of THUMBS UP implementation.

The aim of task 4.4 is to operate the TES system in the HSB LL and to continuously monitor its performance. Fine-tuning of the control is likely needed.

SKA-krav
· Konsulten SKA ha erfarenhet av att utvärdera, designa och projektera komplexa VVS-system
· Konsulten SKA ha kunskap om fastigheten HSB Living labs energisystem

BÖR-krav
· Konsulten BÖR ha kunskap och erfarenhet av att designa styrsystem för energisystem i fastigheter
· Konsulten BÖR ha erfarenhet av att driva och/eller delta i forskningsprojekt
