Job Title: Guidewire Solution Architect

We need a consultant for the assignment “Senior Guidewire solution architect " for our customers office in the Nordics or the Baltics.

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire solution architect to support in a pre-study looking into the feasibility to scale up an existing Guidewire core transformation program running in Sweden to replace our existing claims core system in Finland for the Motor lines. This includes hands on work identifying business needs, creating solution design, identifying, and slicing of epics and features into a roadmap. Part of the pre-study delivery will be to investigate and balance the need for a cost-effective long-term maintenance and operations of the solution while enabling the possibility to scale up deliveries in an efficient way.

We assume that some of the tradeoffs we need to investigate:
- Infrastructure cost and complexity with having single vs multiple instances
- Governance complexity with having single vs multiple instances
- Development complexity with having single vs multiple instances
 
Qualifications:

·       Must have a strong understanding of Guidewire solution architecture 

·       Must have a strategic mindset, combined with skills in building relationships.

·       Must have experience from creating solution design

·       Must have experience in identifying business needs

·       Must have experience in identifying and slicing of epics and features into a roadmap

It would be beneficial if the candidate has experience of implementing multi product, multi country solutions using a single Guidewire instance.

Competency Level 4
Knowledge: High generalist competence or very high competence within a specific area.
Experience: Has participated in large projects across various fields and has delivered assignments with exceptional quality. This level is typically reached after 9-12 years as a consultant in the field, having operated at Level 3 for at least 2 years.
Leadership: Takes primary responsibility for leading a large team.
Independence: Very high.
