Job Title: Senior IT- Architect

About the role:
We are looking for a skilled IT-architect to act as the Tribe Lead Architect for the Mobility Tribe. The assignment will be to plan and lead architecture work in initiatives related to Mobility. This includes hands on work identifying business needs, producing, and breaking down solution design into epics, features, and user stories. Aligning priorities and scope with development squads. Participating in big room planning. One of our focus areas now is to improve our invoicing so if the person has experience from the invoicing domain, that is an advantage.

The person we look for has strong understanding of solution architecture, a strategic mindset, combined with skills in building relationships.

Role and Responsibilities: Be the Tribe Lead Architect for the Mobility Tribe.
Lead and plan architectural work within initiatives related to Mobility.
Create solution architecture and break down designs into epics, features, and user stories.
Ensure that architecture and development work align with business needs.
Participate in big room planning and coordinate with development teams.

Technical and Methodological Requirements: Strong understanding of solution architecture, including both strategic planning and practical implementation.
Agile working methods, as the role involves breaking down requirements into agile artifacts and collaborating with development squads.
Experience in the invoicing domain is an advantage but not a requirement.
Experience in replacing core systems and the insurance industry is a plus

Personal Qualities: Strategic mindset – ability to see the big picture and drive architectural improvements at a high level.
Relationship-building – the role requires close collaboration with both the business side and development teams.
