About the team and role
The team is responsible for managing the Corporate Data Platform, a key component within the broader Data & Machine Learning platform and data mesh initiative. This platform serves as a critical technical pillar for IT Corporate, driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and supporting compliance and regulatory reporting. Currently, the team is in the early stages of replacing outdated technology, adopting an iterative approach to navigate the cross-functional transformation within the CFO unit. This involves managing multiple parallel initiatives with significant coordination and prioritization challenges.
As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role by driving the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Leveraging your coaching expertise and solid technological understanding, you will support the team in delivering maximum value. You’ll align team activities with business goals, foster continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to Agile principles. Collaborating with Product Owners, Chief Product Officer and stakeholders, you’ll prioritize and manage backlog items, effectively bridging business and technical needs to achieve optimal outcomes. Additionally, you will partner with the IT Corporate Portfolio Manager and Chief Product Officer to establish effective governance and prioritization processes. You’ll support Product Owners and Delivery Managers in embedding agile methodologies that drive cross-alignment, prioritization, and collaboration between business and technology. This role demands a deep understanding and experience of agile practices within development as a way of working, ensuring cohesion across the organization.

In this role, you will:
· Facilitate the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team and with those interacting with the team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
· Coach team members on Agile principles and the Scrum framework, fostering continuous improvement and innovation, while encouraging the rest of IT Corporate to adopt these practices across the organization.
· Work closely with Product Owners, the Chief Product Officer, and the Portfolio Manager to align team activities with business objectives, balancing tactical planning and strategic goals for sustainable delivery.
· Ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders on team goals, capacity, financials, and backlog priorities.
· Leverage technical expertise to support decision-making, ensuring the team delivers maximum value and the broader IT Corporate adopts effective practices.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
· Collaborate with and support the Portfolio Manager, Chief Product Officer, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers to establish governance and prioritization processes that promotes cross-alignment and seamless collaboration between business and technology across the organization.

You also have:
· Higher degree of education, such as a master’s or bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, IT Management, Project Management, or a related field.
· Expertise in agile methodologies and their application to portfolio management and governance.
· Ability to engage with and align business and technical stakeholders to build commitment and drive results.
· Experience in identifying, leveraging, and connecting decision-making forums to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.
· Servant leadership approach with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
· Strong experience in driving and embedding change within complex organizational structures.
· Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on identifying and driving opportunities for growth and refinement.
· Team player with a collaborative mindset, focused on collective success.
· Proven experience in driving change and a passion for doing so.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
