Background:
RISE is the lead partner of a large Interreg North Sea project, ACE Accelerate the Homecare Innovation Ecosystem of the Future in the North Sea region (ACE ACE | Interreg North Sea). RISE communication manager has left RISE and we need an immediate replacement during a shorter period of approximately 6 months. This gives us time to plan for a longer solution for the rest of the project´s time.
Assignment:
Communication expert with network and experience in North Sea region projects within health and care, technology and collaboration with a quadruple helix perspective
• Updating the communication plan as necessary.
• Leading the communication steering committee meetings.
• Attending WP1, WP2, and WP3 meetings occasionally to identify communication opportunities.
• Attending Partner Telco meetings to present the status of communication activities
• Communicate continuously with the respective WP leader to ensure that plans are in place for all activities concerning communication before, during, and after an event.
• Ongoing analysis of suggested communication activities planned by local communication personnel.
• Ongoing analysis of reports and other project outcomes to determine what we can communicate and to whom.
• Produce a "sustainability plan" for how we can communicate project results after its completion, probably start early next year.
Competens requirement consultant
MUST-have:
• English speaking and writing, full professional or native proficiency
• The consultant MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and network within Interreg North Sea region projects
• The consultant MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ Experience in projects within health and care, technology and collaboration with a quadruple helix perspective
• The consultant MUST be availability immediately
Competence level consultant
Level 3
Knowledge: High competence in their field
Experience: 4-8 years as a consultant in the field, is a role model for others lower-level consultants. Has been at level 2 for at least 2 years.
Management: Takes responsibility for sub-area, can lead a small group
Independence: Can work independently
Fixed price commitment, maximum 9 910 EUR
Assignment period and scope:
Period: October 2024 to April 2025
Place: Distans/Hybride
Scope: Approximately 10 days during a period of approximately 6 months. We will agree upon how to distribute the days depending on planned work for each month.
